Job Title: Food Processing Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Food Processing Supervisor to oversee the processing of fish and seafood items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of our products while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and process fish in accordance with established requirements
  • Maintain the freshness and quality of fish and seafood items
  • Perform regular housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of the work area
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with safety procedures and standards of hygiene
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • No formal qualification required
  • Basic kitchen experience
  • Cutting fish experience

Additional Information
