About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ICT Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NIE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our stakeholders, identifying root causes of issues, and offering appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer requests in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support for IT-related incidents via various customer touchpoints.
  • Perform technical analysis and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to perform regular assessment and mitigation on endpoint security and integrity level.
  • Participate in IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programmes.
Requirements
  • Minimally a Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 3 years of experience in ICT support with good customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, resilient, and work well under pressure.
