We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tennis Operations Coordinator to join our team at ACE CLUB TENNIS PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our tennis club. As a Tennis Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including court bookings, retail sales, and cafe services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Court Management: Ensure efficient court allocation and scheduling to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage court availability, verify client sign-ins, and coordinate with coaches and staff to optimize class offerings.
    • Develop and maintain accurate records of court usage and scheduling to inform business decisions.

• Retail and Cafe Operations: Oversee the management of retail sales, cafe services, and inventory management to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain high-quality standards in our retail shop and cafe.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our services and products through social media and other channels.

• Client Services: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients feel welcome and supported throughout their experience.
    • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with our community.
    • Work closely with the coaching team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our clients.

• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration among staff members.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
    • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong interest in tennis and a solid understanding of the sport, including equipment, techniques, and tournaments.
    • Previous retail experience preferred, with a focus on customer service and operations management.
    • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
    • Friendly and approachable demeanor, especially when interacting with children and families.
    • Sports management degree or equivalent experience is a plus, demonstrating a strong foundation in sports administration and operations.
    • Salary: SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
