The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Retail Management, proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager, and excellent knowledge of food service operations.
To achieve success in this role, you will need to develop strategies to increase sales, improve quality control, and enhance customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing staff training, scheduling, and work performance.
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent financial management skills.
