Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee and regulate airport operations at Changi Airport. The ideal candidate will have training in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in airport, airline ground operations, and regulatory/policy work.
About the RoleThis role involves working with key airport stakeholders to plan, review, and enhance airport operating capacity to support air travel growth. You will be responsible for reviewing and formulating air transport facilitation and aviation security policies, as well as assessing and validating plans to ensure service expectations are met.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Training in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in airport, airline ground operations, and regulatory/policy work
- Specific experience in airport ramp operations is an advantage
- Self-motivated, resourceful, independent, and able to work well with others
- High level of perseverance, 'can-do' attitude, and ability to work under time pressure
- Strong verbal, written communication, and analytical skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders to influence and drive collaboration
The salary for this role is estimated to be around SGD $120,000 per annum, commensurate with relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
