Airport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Airport Operations Manager at Changi Airport Terminals.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a team in managing daily airport operations, ensuring a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
About the RoleSalary: $2500 - $4500 per month (local diploma), with additional allowances for shift work and overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee and lead a team in managing daily airport operations.
- To make final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
- To guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards.
- To ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities.
- To assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.
Education: Local diploma in any discipline.
Skills:
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills.
- Team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and able to multi-task.
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time.
