Job Responsibilities
  • We seek an individual to assist in developing and optimizing applications for our cultivated seafood technology, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • This role will work closely with R&D teams to optimize and conduct benchtop trials of our cultivated seafood technology, creating prototypes and samples.
  • Tasting sessions will be set up with R&D and commercial teams.
  • The technician will monitor laboratory consumables and upkeep kitchen equipment.
Required Skills and Background
  • Diploma in Life Sciences/Chemical Technology or related courses.
  • Experience in food science product development and food chemistry.
  • Quick learner able to independently execute laboratory experiments and tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver against timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong English language proficiency.
