Job Title:

A Property Management Expert is required to manage a portfolio of condominiums and buildings, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized condominiums or buildings, including daily maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the management council and owner developer to ensure effective property management.
  • Source quotations for contractor services, obtaining approval as required.
  • Address resident feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with MCST regulations and Building Maintenance Act.
  • Enforce building regulations and by-laws, maintaining order among occupants and visitors.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance for managed buildings.
  • Monitor service providers and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and performance.
  • Participate in council meetings and AGMs, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in property management, preferably in MCST management.
  • Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
