Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary client lead to provide strategic recommendations and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
  • Coordinate projects across departments and regions, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop effective communication plans, trainings, and post-delivery support to meet client needs.
  • Provide regular project updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress to various stakeholders.
  • Oversee project documentation, ensuring up-to-date plans and process documents.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable strategies with measurable KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, preferably in data roles.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a second South East Asian language an advantage.
  • Numerical and analytical skills, with experience working with data specialists.
  • Excellent understanding of digital channels and data platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud, Tableau, PPC, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing data projects and working with developers and technical specialists.
  • Understanding of SEA market nuances to adapt and localize global and regional strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders across SEA effectively while developing strong client relationships.
