Job Title: Senior Coastal Infrastructure Specialist

Join our team of expert engineers as a Senior Coastal Infrastructure Specialist. As part of our highly skilled workforce, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions for coastal and marine infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Civil and Structural analysis and design of coastal and marine infrastructures such as quay wall, port, jetty, retaining walls, etc.
  • Conduct structural and geotechnical design of shallow and deep foundations.
  • Assist the Project Lead/Project Manager/Design Manager to plan site investigations and interpret results.
  • Supervise design and/or site work.
  • Pursue projects, prepare technical and financial proposals, obtain internal approvals and submit tenders.
  • Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders, including clients, design teams, site teams, and other parties.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering recognized by BCA/IES/ACES and from reputable universities.
  2. Master's degree in Structural Engineering is advantageous.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale marine infrastructure projects using British Standards and Euro Codes.
  4. Basic knowledge of specialist marine studies, such as berthing and mooring analysis.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Team player and able to multitask.
  7. Disciplined, self-motivated, and resourceful.
  8. Experience in contract administration is advantageous.
  9. Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite of Software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  10. Proficiency in engineering software, such as SAP, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, etc.
