Operations Leadership Role

This position offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of various departments, including Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Security. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.

  • You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • You will coordinate with internal teams to achieve operational excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

  • You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • You will lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

  • You will mentor and train staff members, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.

In the second year of the Future Leaders Programme, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and gain exposure to new areas of the business.

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop your skills and knowledge, and you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
