Finance Transformation Specialist

The role involves collaborating with clients to design, develop, and maintain financial planning and forecasting models using various software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance systems and processes, as well as experience working in consulting teams to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement financial planning and forecasting models for clients.
  2. Develop and maintain data transformation processes to ensure accurate and reliable financial data.
  3. Communicate the capabilities and limitations of selected software applications to clients.
  4. Configure software applications to meet client requirements.
  5. Consistently interact with clients to understand their needs and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  1. Tertiary qualification in a business, technology, or finance discipline.
  2. A minimum of 6 years' experience in implementing cloud-based financial applications/software, such as Anaplan/SAP BPC/Board/Oracle Hyperion Planning/Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/Jedox/Cognos TM1, with at least one full life cycle implementation.
  3. Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes &/or operational planning.
  4. Experience of working in consulting teams to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
  7. Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
