Job description

The Finance Transformation Lead Business Analyst partners with various Business Line Finance leadership to shape the future of Finance setup in SAP S/4 Projects in APAC. Some examples of these initiatives include clarifying various Business Line's organizational reporting structure and strategic priorities, identifying and implementing finance digitization to improve business performance visibility and shift Finance team's workload from reporting to data analysis.

You will lead efforts to clarify the business organizational reporting structure, identify optimal design for finance setups, improve processes, identify leading practices.

Specifically, as a Subject Matter Expert, you will co-lead Finance project team with Finance Business Process Owner, present optimization findings, business case, actionable recommendations findings to senior stakeholders, and begin to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience with Finance Transformation, or Strategy Consulting; previous work experience with consulting firm preferred
- Empowered self-starter comfortable taking lead on initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facility with Excel and PowerPoint
- Some travel required during project phase (Regional Template preparation in Singapore, followed by 8 countries rollout)

**Preferred**:

- Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions
- Ability to work with and influence senior Finance leaders
- Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions
