Job Title: Operations Executive
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and activities within the hotel department.
They will also liaise with directors on planning and execution of tasks/projects, as well as collaborate with the HR Department for manpower planning and conduct interviews if required.
The Operations Executive will assist the HR & Director in developing and improving KPIs, act as a communication conduit between management and staff, resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees, and attend to customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years' of relevant experience and possess excellent interpersonal skills. They must also be able to work in islandwide locations and attend to duties including weekends and public holidays.
