We are seeking an exceptional Client Success Executive to join our team at Propseller Pte. Ltd., a leading real estate technology company in APAC.

As a Client Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an elite client experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, portfolio management, and successful property transactions.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Portfolio Management: Own client portfolios and ensure smooth transitions from listing activation to closing, leveraging our integrated tools and expertise.
  • Client Onboarding and Relationship Management: Seamlessly onboard new clients, serving as their secondary point of contact to guarantee a strong initial experience and foster lasting relationships.
  • Viewing Coordination and Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage property owners' availability for viewings, optimize schedules within fixed viewing windows, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.

You will also participate in ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing current systems and processes, identify areas for efficiency gains, and generate regular reports to promote best practices within the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Education: A diploma or degree is required.
  • Experience: At least 6 months in a client-facing role, demonstrating customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office, with strong overall computer skills.
  • Work Availability: Available to work five days a week, including one weekend day per week and some public holidays (with off-in-lieu compensation).
