The Project Planning Specialist will assist and report to the Project Manager at site, working closely with clients to ensure works are carried out according to approved technical drawings, quality procedures, ISO, and EHS requirements.
Key responsibilities include executing project plans, managing schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
Beyond these technical skills, we seek a motivated individual who is detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About This Role:
- Execute project plans and manage schedules to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
