Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting on project controls and progress measurement expenditures.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager/Project Director to develop and implement project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • They will also lead and support project planners in developing a work breakdown structure, preparing project milestones, and tracking key project performance indicators.
  • A strong background in project management principles, techniques, and tools is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead and support project planners in developing a work breakdown structure, preparing project milestones, and tracking key project performance indicators.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager/Project Director to monitor and report on project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
