Job Title: Merchandise Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

The role of a Merchandise Operations Coordinator involves overseeing the sample management and item setup process. This includes driving process improvement, developing efficiency metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve top-side sales plans and conversion goals.

  • Develop and implement effective processes to streamline operations and improve consistency across teams.
  • Monitor volumes and prioritize workload accordingly to meet deadlines.
  • Create training materials and product guides as needed to support team development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Item Setup in a multi-banner E-commerce retail environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze quality and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
