**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a critical role in planning and coordinating merchandise to ensure optimal product assortment, stock levels, and performance across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in seasonal merchandise planning activities to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Monitor stock levels and sales performance across stores and e-commerce platforms to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Work closely with store teams to manage replenishment and transfers to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Analyse sell-through rates, bestsellers, and underperforming items to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on product launches and visual merchandising plans to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Prepare reports on sales trends and stock status to inform business decisions.
  • Support the Senior Merchandiser or Buyer in administrative duties to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail buying, or inventory management.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems (e.g., POS/ERP systems) to track and analyse sales data.
  • Passion for fashion retail and current trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
