Operations Management Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations professional to oversee the daily operations of a children's entertainment facility. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient management of staff and resources, delivering a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families.

This key position will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in operations management, and a passion for creating a positive environment for children and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations to ensure excellent service standards and safety compliance.
  • Create and manage schedules for staff, including rostering game masters and support employees.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain high levels of engagement, productivity, and morale.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance skills and service quality.
  • Monitor and manage resource allocation, inventory control, and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate promotions, events, and special programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within children's entertainment or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in workforce planning.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for creating a safe, fun, and positive environment for children and families.
