About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering, as well as experience in manufacturing or assembly integration and test.

You will be responsible for designing and developing new products, improving existing processes, and ensuring high-quality outputs.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing new products and manufacturing processes
  • Improving existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve manufacturing outcomes
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and identifying areas for improvement

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Materials or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong knowledge of assembly integration and test for complex systems
  • Skilled in modular design, BOM structuring, and configurable product architecture
  • Experienced in applying DFM and Lean concepts to improve manufacturability and flow
  • Familiar with product lifecycle (PLC) processes, phase gate reviews, and engineering change controls
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in operational excellence tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, DMAIC, GR&R, and Six Sigma
