**Programme Development and Implementation**
  • Develop and execute community engagement plans that meet the needs of our beneficiaries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external community partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
**Volunteer Management and Engagement**
  • Design and implement strategies to grow the pool of volunteers and improve volunteer retention rates.
  • Recruit, screen, and match volunteers with suitable roles and projects.
**Donation Management and Fundraising**
  • Identify potential donors and develop relationships to secure donations and sponsorships.
  • Manage and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to meet NH targets.
**Event Planning and Coordination**
  • Plan and execute events, such as festive and non-festive celebrations, in collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics, venue management, and event marketing.
**Communication and Stakeholder Management**
  • Liaise with CS on media-related matters and manage internal communications effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including community partners and sponsors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with min. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the social sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
