About the Job

This is a senior leadership position within our hospitality team, responsible for driving commercial and operational oversight of our extensive hospitality requirements across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of services under hospitality operations, encompassing reception, conferencing, food services, and ground transportation.
  • Select and oversee third-party vendors who perform operational services, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with contractual commitments.
  • Exercise ownership and control of a significant regional operating budget, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage actively with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure our services continue to meet evolving business needs.
  • Support provision and strategy of technology tools used across operations, prioritizing seamless integration and efficient deployment.
  • Maintain adherence to the highest health and safety standards, as well as food standards, through regular audits and proactive risk management.
  • Contribute to real estate projects, driving hospitality requirements that support design and operation of future amenity spaces.
  • Develop functional expertise across the portfolio of hospitality operations, informing business requirements, contributing to service development strategy, and influencing commercial decision-making.
  • Pursue expense efficiency opportunities, enhancing governance and commercial acumen within the hospitality businesses.
About You

We are seeking an accomplished professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an operational manager with front-of-house experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Vendor management and client engagement skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An innovative mindset focused on enhancing the workplace experience.
  • Fluency in English and other Asian languages is a plus.
