Lead Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Manager to join our team at NCS Group. As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and coordinators to deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk management plans, and project milestones to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and client teams, to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Manage project scope definition and change control mechanisms to ensure that project deliverables meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of software development and innovative technologies, including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines, and to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop effective solutions to complex problems.
