Women's Health Fertility Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated nurse to join our fertility clinic team in Singapore. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a specialized fertility setting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and empathetic, with a strong passion for women's health and reproductive medicine. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to delivering exceptional patient outcomes during one of the most important journeys of their lives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to the highest professional standard
- Coordinate and monitor individualized treatment plans to ensure seamless patient care
- Record and document all nursing actions promptly and thoroughly to maintain continuity of care
- Collaborate closely with doctors, embryologists, and support teams to deliver holistic care
- Prepare the Operating Theatre (OT) for IVF-related procedures with precision and efficiency
- Perform IV cannulation and phlebotomy as required with minimal discomfort to patients
Patient Care Focus:
- Provide empathetic and attentive support to patients throughout their fertility journey, addressing their unique needs and concerns
- Deliver post-procedure recovery care and closely monitor patient well-being following IVF-related procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
- Foster a culture of excellence by adhering to clinic protocols and upholding the highest standards of nursing practice
- Manage patient concerns with sensitivity and escalate as needed to ensure optimal patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in inpatient, outpatient, or OT settings
- Excellent administrative and communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Previous experience in women's health, fertility, or operating theatre is highly desirable
- Full immunization records as per MOH and clinic requirements
