Job Title: Senior Electrical Construction Manager


Overview:
  Our client is a major player in the water and wastewater industry, with over 100 years of experience helping companies across the globe efficiently collect, store, move and treat water and wastewater, plan and manage watersheds, and harness the energy embedded in the treatment and movement of water.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead a site supervision team for all electrical and building construction works.
  • Support Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on electrical site inspection issues, contract-related matters, and defect identification and rectification works.
  • Address and respond to contractors' RFIs and technical submittals. Other work scopes include assessing method statements/instrumentation readings, coordinating with other discipline engineers, and liaising with design teams/QPs from HQ.
  • Attend site/project meetings, discussions with clients and/or contractors, and lead technical and work progress discussions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably recognized by the PE Board, Singapore.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising electrical works in water/used water treatment works.
  • Registered as a Resident Engineer (M&E) with the IES.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
