Job Title: Electrical Construction Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a senior cost management professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cost management plans to meet project objectives.
  • Evaluate tenders from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenses and update forecasts accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly valuations and certify payments to subcontractors.
  • Analyze and interpret project data to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction, M/E services, or similar industry.
  • Proven track record in project cost management and tender preparation.
