Electrical Project Management SpecialistThis role involves overseeing electrical construction projects from planning to delivery. It requires critical decision-making skills and strong leadership abilities.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing engineering aspects of electrical systems, including project scope definition and goal setting.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status and progress.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
  • Prepare and update site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical works.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical design and layout.
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate project documentation and ensure high-quality control.
