- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure availability of fresh, high-quality seafood products.
- Maintain proper seafood storage, handling, and display procedures to ensure food safety and product freshness.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledge about seafood types, preparation, and cooking methods.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to promote seafood products and increase sales.
- Track and report on sales, inventory levels, and profitability.
- Enforce food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in seafood management or a related field.
