Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall workflow and performance of the accounting team
  • Review and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure timely filing of taxes, regulatory submissions, and financial statements
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communications, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high performance and growth
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent and/or 'CPA Singapore' preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
  • Lead a team of 6-7 Accounts Executive and Senior Account Executive
  • Must be from an outsourcing firm
