Job Title: Senior Researcher for Social ImpactWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Researcher to drive our research and policy advocacy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and analysis, with a focus on social impact.Job Description:

The Senior Researcher will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and conducting robust research projects that inform our policy advocacy efforts.

The role will involve leading research initiatives, producing high-quality research reports, policy briefs, and position papers, as well as monitoring legislative and policy developments.

The Senior Researcher will also lead efforts in knowledge management, ensuring that research data and findings are systematically organised and effectively used to support our advocacy efforts.

In addition, the Senior Researcher will collaborate with our Director of Advocacy and Research to develop and implement advocacy strategies, build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in research and analysis, with a focus on social impact.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of gender-related policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the political and policy landscape.
  • Experience in conceptualising, designing and leading research projects.
