Key Role: Wellness Center Team Lead

We seek a results-driven and experienced wellness center team lead to oversee daily operations and provide exceptional massage therapy services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, refine, and implement operational strategies to ensure high service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Serve as a mentor and guide for our massage therapists and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment through effective communication and feedback.
  • Maintain rigorous hygiene standards, manage inventory of linens and equipment, and ensure their proper sterilization.
  • Deliver various massage techniques, including foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, and deep tissue therapy.
  • Consult with clients to recommend customized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Accurately record client interactions and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Priorities for Success:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in massage therapy and wellness center management is required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for driving the success of our wellness center.
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in multiple massage modalities, including foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, sports, and/or deep tissue massage.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
