The Wellness Center Manager plays a pivotal role in leading daily operations, providing exceptional customer care, and ensuring smooth shop functions.
This leadership position combines management, customer service, and hands-on wellness expertise to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Oversight of daily center activities, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and superior service quality
- Supervision and support for massage therapists and staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Maintenance of hygiene standards, linen replacement management, and sterilization of equipment
- Provision of massage services as listed in the brochure, including foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, and deep tissue techniques
- Consultation with clients to recommend suitable treatments
- Accurate record-keeping and adherence to health regulations
- Acceptance of assigned clients and tasks without refusal
- Leadership by example in professionalism, grooming, and customer interaction
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in massage therapy and wellness operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, sports, and/or deep tissue massage
- Able to work extended hours and on public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable working with diverse clientele
- Flat salary structure (no commission)
