Event Manager

Objective: To manage and coordinate the entire event process for a memorable experience.

  • To oversee all aspects of events, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Work closely with the sales team to promote and sell events services.
Responsibilities:Event Planning

Develop comprehensive event plans that meet client requirements and expectations.

Conduct site visits to identify potential venues and ensure they meet our standards.

Source and recommend vendors such as catering, audiovisual, and florists.

Manage event timelines, including setup, execution, and breakdown.

Logistics and Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

Ensure seamless communication with clients, vendors, and staff.

Oversee event registrations, RSVPs, and ticket sales.

Financial Management

Develop and manage event budgets, including vendor contracts and expenses.

Track revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.

Make financial decisions in conjunction with senior management.Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.

Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of event planning software and tools.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
