**Job Title:** Chief Operating OfficerOverview

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the project department, technical department, and production department. Your strategic vision will drive the overall strategy for energy storage project construction and operations, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance to the project team to ensure coordinated efforts and a cohesive approach throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor the progress of various projects, ensuring that construction and operational activities are carried out according to established timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth.
  • Identify potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects and operations adhere to relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in mechanical engineering/building/project management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building façade).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative, and a team player.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
