We are seeking an experienced Operations Asset Manager to join our team at Keppel Ltd. This role will be responsible for formulating strategies to maximize asset performance by working with internal stakeholders.
Beneath this overview, you will see job requirements that must be met by the selected candidate.Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate action plans on OPEX & CAPEX management with internal stakeholders.
- Update cashflow models and conduct scenario analysis to support commercial deals.
- Manage risk, governance, and control of Assets under Management.
- Procure and manage contracts.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly/quarterly reports.
Requirements
A minimum 5 years of asset management experience is required, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estates, Business Management, Finance or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Prior asset management experience in managing data centers in APAC is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Power BI.
