RMA Consultants is a leading global investment bank looking for talent to join their middle office operation team. The role is a 6-month outsource contract with potential extension within the Investment Operations department of the Asset Management business.
About the Role:The Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) business provides global investment opportunities to a substantial and diversified client base including institutions, governments and high net worth individuals.
This function covers a wide range of clients and a complex product range, including equities, fixed income, currency, derivatives and alternative investments.
Responsibilities:- Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies within the flows and work with management to drive process changes
- Build and maintain relationships with the trading desks and other operation teams internally as well as brokers, custodians and vendors externally
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability. Strong verbal, written and presenting communication skills are essential.
