We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee logistics and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing export and import documentation, coordinating with shipping lines and transport companies, and ensuring timely collection and delivery of cargo.

  • Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Process import and export documents, such as bills of lading, insurance certificates, and customs permits.
  • Liaise with forwarders and overseas agents regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.

Key Requirements:">
  • Prior experience in handling import and export permits and bill of lading.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients.
