  • Maintaining the highest levels of security within the hotel at all times while on duty.
  • Protecting all guests', patrons', and employees' belongings.
  • Ensuring the hotel's property is well protected.
  • Directing the hotel security during duty hours.
  • Enforcing the hotel's rules and regulations.
  • Striving to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values.
  • Recording details of significant incidents and activities in the logbook during shifts.
  • Reporting lost and found properties to the security management system and informing the duty manager.
  • Maintaining a hotel logbook on incidents, complaints, etc., and referring them to the appropriate department for follow-up action.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • Proven 2-3 years' experience as a security officer.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
  • Familiarity with report writing.
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems.
  • An SSO certificate.
