About the Job

This is a highly rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, operating systems, and software applications. As a Technical Support Escalations Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

We're seeking someone with 3-5 years of experience in an IT environment, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, you may have 7 years of relevant experience, with additional prior vocational or technical education considered an asset.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Mastery of using the OSI model to troubleshoot network issues
  • Demonstrate and articulate a strong understanding of troubleshooting logic and steps to resolution
  • Develop a strong understanding of Motorola Solutions Video and Access Control products
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues in the shortest time with the highest quality
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication (written and oral) skills with the ability to document and explain complex technical problems and solutions to customers of all skill levels
