
Sales Leader – Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure and VDI solutions to drive business growth and strategic sales efforts across Singapore and APAC.
This role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to present tailored solutions to C-level stakeholders, and a proven track record of achieving significant sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead new enterprise sales for VDI solutions including Citrix, VMware, Accops, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets in IT infrastructure and digital transformation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and OEM partners across APAC.
- Manage and close sales opportunities using a structured sales methodology and CRM systems.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and solution pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and solution delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales reporting for leadership visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, multi-cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales with expertise in IT infrastructure/technology services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Citrix, VMware, Accops, or Windows Virtual Desktop solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving $1M+ annual sales quotas in VDI technologies.
- Strong sales experience in large enterprise accounts across Singapore/APAC.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Established network of enterprise clients and technology partners.
