E-commerce roles require strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance metrics, drive sales growth, and enhance brand visibility. This position involves overseeing daily operations on multiple marketplaces, developing e-commerce strategies, and planning ad spends to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage product listings, ensuring SEO-friendly descriptions and accurate specifications.
- Plan promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising to drive conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to enhance product performance.
- Set up and check equipment for smooth live sessions.
- Manage and facilitate live-stream sessions to boost engagement and conversions.
- Run ads and promotions during live streams to attract more viewers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to keep the stream running smoothly.
- Use affiliate tools to search for and engage with affiliate creators to promote brands and products.
- Assist in setting performance goals and target plans for influencers conducting live sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and sales impact.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Work with logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail or consumer goods. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in e-commerce tools, and fluency in English are required. Experience managing regional or international e-commerce markets is a plus.
