The role of the Contract Lawyer encompasses reviewing various legal agreements as a first-level reviewer, managing statutory filings, and providing legal support on matters including managing KYC/AML requests for the group. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of the legal department and ensure that all legal processes are followed accurately and timely.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Law with prior experience of 2-3 years as a paralegal or legal associate, either in-house or at a law firm, is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams are essential for success in this role.
