Senior Web Designer Position

This senior web designer position involves leading the development of high-converting websites and landing pages, ensuring a consistent brand identity across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have both technical proficiency in WordPress development, graphic design, branding, and lead generation, as well as creative ability to enhance user experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize website flow to improve user journeys and increase engagement.
  • Develop high-converting landing pages, incorporating lead capture forms, CTAs, and multimedia elements to support lead generation.
  • Use data-driven tools (e.g., heat maps, Google Analytics) to assess and improve website performance.
WordPress Development & Management:
  • Manage WordPress plugins, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
  • Configure and optimize cache plugins to improve performance.
  • Oversee server hosting, DNS settings, and domain management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting.
  • Implement security best practices.
Graphic Design & Branding:
  • Design visually compelling graphics, banners, and digital assets for websites and digital platforms.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with brand strategy and business goals.
Landing Page Design & Optimization:
  • Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages, using A/B testing and performance data for improvement.
  • Ensure aesthetic and strategic landing page designs to enhance user engagement and lead generation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in WordPress development, graphic design, branding, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to create cohesive and visually appealing designs.
  • Strong understanding of landing page development and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of DNS management, server hosting, and website performance optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing to track and improve user behavior.
