The Role

\

We're looking for a talented individual who can lead the development and execution of our TikTok B2B affiliate program in APAC. This involves working closely with our client teams to identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing relationships with top publishers and agencies in the region.

\

You'll need to have a deep understanding of the APAC market, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. If you're passionate about the potential of TikTok for business and have a proven track record of success in partnership development, we'd love to hear from you

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • \
  • Identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities with top publishers and agencies in APAC\
  • Maintaining and growing existing relationships with key partners in the region\
  • Working closely with our client teams to understand their needs and goals, and develop tailored strategies to meet those objectives\
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction\
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform partnership decisions and optimize program performance\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and challenges\
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve program goals\
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results\
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and partners\
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our TikTok B2B affiliate program strategy in APAC\
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency across our business\
  • Support the growth and development of our partnerships team in APAC\
  • Other responsibilities as needed\
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition\
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at top publishers and agencies in APAC\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the APAC market, including key players, trends, and challenges\
  • Demonstrate expertise in partnership development, negotiation, and management\
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences\
  • Stay organized and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results\
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners\
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success\
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management\
