Team Introduction
Pangle is a core part of the TikTok Ad Network, providing leading monetization solutions for mobile game and app developers. Through our powerful technology platform and extensive monetization network, we help developers optimize ad revenue and achieve rapid business growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Manager (BD) to serve mobile game and app developers in Vietnam and drive Pangle's expansion in the local market.
Responsibilities
In this key role, you will focus on building deep partnerships with mobile game and app developers in Vietnam. Through consultative sales and strategic support, you will help developers enhance their monetization performance and scale their business.
Client Acquisition and Management:
Proactively reach out to and educate potential and existing mobile game and app developers about Pangle’s monetization solutions. Build strong partnerships, understand clients’ needs, and provide tailored monetization strategies.
Strategic Sales and Consultation:
Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with senior executives (e.g., CMOs/Heads of Marketing) and propose customized growth plans. Develop actionable plans to ensure clients achieve their ROI goals.
Industry Engagement and Market Development:
Represent Pangle at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and influence. Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate with regional business development and sales teams to achieve area-wide business goals. Coordinate with technical and operational teams to resolve client technical issues and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and minimum 3 years of experience in business development or account management in digital or mobile advertising.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese sufficient for conducting business and liaising with Vietnamese market clientele (written and spoken).
  • In-depth knowledge of the mobile gaming and app industry, including monetization and ad tech ecosystems.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives.
  • Data-driven with strong insights into key business metrics, capable of optimizing strategies accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for the mobile gaming and app industry, with familiarity with industry trends and technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading or participating in cross-team projects.
