Senior Business Strategist, Client Management and Transformation

The role of Senior Business Strategist in Client Management and Transformation involves driving strategic change initiatives that enhance the front office client management framework. This requires close collaboration with senior leadership and functional partners to influence front office behaviors and achieve desired results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy planning and change management, with experience in financial institutions or management consulting. They must possess excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive business change strategies to enhance front office client management frameworks.
  • Support complex projects and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of measurable outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively in agile project teams, contributing fresh perspectives and challenging assumptions and norms.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business teams to ensure buy-in and smooth adoption of changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 8 years of experience in Strategy Planning, Change Management, and/or prior experience in Financial Institution, Management Consulting position.
  • Relevant experience in or understanding private banking, preferably in the front office.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting complex projects or change initiatives, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Detail oriented with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient at analyzing and drawing conclusions from structured and unstructured datasets.
