We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our team in driving strategic workforce planning, competency-based interventions, and HR professionalisation.
The ideal candidate will possess functional knowledge in HR to deepen capabilities in the HR community and understand how our work contributes to whole-of-government outcomes.
As part of our lean team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engagement channels and communities of practice to foster knowledge sharing and a well-networked HR community.
Key responsibilities include convening learning platforms with global thought leaders and professional bodies to plug into industry developments and adapt for the Public Service. Additionally, you will lead data-driven analyses of workforce metrics to develop evidence-based recommendations for CHRO's strategic initiatives and HR transformation across the Public Service.
