Islandwide Business Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:
As a seasoned Business Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting for all office-related finances areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting for all office-related finances areas.
- Support the implementation of financial policies, standards, and procedures for the assigned organization unit.
- Achieve financial analysis, planning, and controlling activities, as well as all related business administration activities.
- Evaluate accurate tax compliance management and project book records.
- Assist contract and claim management in projects and interface with audit functions.
- Identify, evaluate, and assess risk and opportunities, strategies, and response activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting-related courses.
- More than 10 years of experience in controlling & reporting activities, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Knowledge of IFRS, Contracts Management, and Proposals.
- Prior experience in SAP, expert in MS Office (especially Excel), and IT Tools.
- Strong communication skills, motivated, comfortable with numbers, meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines, and work well under pressure and within teams.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
