Event Designer Opportunity

As an Event Designer, you will collaborate with clients and the creative team to create detailed 3D models and layouts of event spaces, stages, installations, and other elements.

This role requires strong creativity, excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of event production and experiential marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand their vision and objectives.
  • Create detailed 3D models, layouts, and renderings of event spaces, stages, installations, and other elements using software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
  • Produce realistic and visually appealing 3D visualizations and walkthroughs to help clients and internal teams visualize the event designs.
  • Recommend and select appropriate materials, textures, colours, and lighting to enhance the visual impact of event designs.
  • Work closely with other members of the creative team, including graphic designers, set designers, and multimedia specialists, to ensure cohesive event design and execution.
  • Presents and explains design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions to meet their expectations.
  • Ensure that design concepts are aligned with available resources. Source materials and props as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, techniques, and trends to continuously improve the quality of event designs.
  • Oversee the execution of event designs to ensure they are implemented accurately and in accordance with the approved 3D renderings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
  • Strong creativity and the ability to think conceptually.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event production and experiential marketing is a plus.
